Facilities 
The playing fields are adjacent to the new Village Hall and provide excellent
facilities including:

A
playground with swings, roundabout, climbing tower, slide,
and a seesaw
etc for young children;

A tarmac multi-games area for kickball, basketball etc, plus a youth hut
for 'hanging out';

A tennis court for which there is an annual fee. Alternatively it can be
hired by the hour;

A league-standard football pitch
with access to modern
changing rooms and showers (hire fees apply). Our own Football Association
certificated football coach provides regular training sessions for juniors
on Saturday mornings during the season;

The field is available for other
activities and events;

Parking.
Registered Charity
Fivehead Playing Field is a registered charity reliant on grants, donations
and fund-raising activities to finance up keep and improvement projects,
augmented by self-help from committee members.
Management
Fivehead Playing Field is run by a management team of local volunteers.
